What was the highlight of Emaar Elite Hotel
Wonderful
I really enjoyed my stay at Emaar Elite Ajyad. The place was super clean, and they offer useful services like laundry, which came in handy. The best part is how close it is to the Haram. The only small downside was the wait for the elevators (around 15 minutes sometimes), since there are only four. But overall, great experience, I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!

Good
Staff were nice and all helpful when asking anything.
Breakfast wasnt the best options available. Shuttle times were not predictable. Sometimes shuttle was parked outside and no driver to be seen. Paid for more taxis than I should have

What was the highlight of Emaar Elite Hotel
Excellent place to stay.
Good location and excellent facilities. Slightly on the hill, some people might struggle while coming back from Kaba. There is a Bus service too from and to Kaba but can be busy specially after Salah. Staff was friendly specially Anwar. However had to wait for 2 days for towels as the cleaner didn’t put it while cleaning the room and toilet tissues as they were not provided with room clean. Most people use water but if you are visiting from the UK, your kids might want toilet tissue very frequently.

Good stay,
I like the staff as they were gentle and happy to help
Their food could be more diverse. Every morning, I keep requesting an omelette and the chef to provide it on request. The food is too typical Eastern food and I am one who could not explore with break.,
